Crossing Borders

 A Multidisciplinary & Interactive Conference on Aging

Purpose

Participants will use a case study approach to explore how an older adult and his family support network face the challenges of Alzheimer’s Disease. The Crossing Borders Conference will focus on the physical, emotional, financial and legal aspects of this case. Participants will learn to use a whole-person approach to advocate for their clientele by networking across disciplines.
